Frédéric is the lead consultant at LAVAL Consultations for aeronautics & aviation.

Frédéric is a distinguished Airbus and Boeing Captain with over 17,000 flight hours across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Known for his leadership in safety, pilot training, and operational excellence, he has improved performance and risk mitigation in commercial aviation. His career includes roles as Captain at Saudia Airlines and Flynas, as well as Head of Training at Air France. Through his leadership, he has advanced safety initiatives, crew development, and training programs—elevating standards, reducing accidents, and ensuring compliance.

Frédéric’s consulting extends beyond aviation, advising Formula 1 teams and telecom firms on restructuring, budgeting, and licensing. Skilled in leading transformation, aligning teams, and fostering innovation.

Frédéric holds a Master’s in Aeronautics & Flight Engineering and an MBA from ENAC at Blagnac.
