She is the Co-Founder of People Center Internet, working alongside Vince Cerf, a thought leader in people-centered design in digital public infrastructure. Mei Lin has spent decades at the intersection of technology, policy,

and human systems design, from pioneering one of the first

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in the 1980s to leading socio-technical initiatives for the U.S. Department of Defense’s Federal Health Futures program. She is a global advocate for ethical digital governance, multilingual access, and community

resilience, contributing to initiatives with the IEEE, the World

Economic Forum, and the United Nations.

Mei Lin Fung holds a BA in Pure Mathematics from The Australian National University and a Master's in Management Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
