and human systems design, from pioneering one of the first
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in the 1980s to leading socio-technical initiatives for the U.S. Department of Defense’s Federal Health Futures program. She is a global advocate for ethical digital governance, multilingual access, and community
resilience, contributing to initiatives with the IEEE, the World
Economic Forum, and the United Nations.
Mei Lin Fung holds a BA in Pure Mathematics from The Australian National University and a Master's in Management Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
