Snur Hamid

Snur is the Lead Consultant for ESG Compliance & Implementation at LAVAL Consultations. Before joining LAVAL, she worked across government, enterprise, startup, and academic environments, leading and supporting complex technology and transformation initiatives involving cross-functional teams, international technology partners, and senior stakeholders.

Her experience includes supporting organizations in integrating sustainability, ESG principles, and emerging technologies into their business and operational priorities, and managing large-scale digital transformation projects, developing technology and innovation strategies. Her work sits at the intersection of technology, business transformation, and sustainable development, with experience in AI, cloud technologies, digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational change. 

Snur holds an MBA in International Project Management from Kyoto University under the Japanese Government MEXT Scholarship & a BSc in Information Technology from the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani.
